This policy provides guidance for PVO Canopy members use of social media, which should be broadly understood for purposes of this policy to include blogs, wikis, microblogs, message boards, chat rooms, electronic newsletters, online forums, social networking sites, and other sites and services that permit users to share information with others in a real-time manner.

Sprint Run between two lines 10 m apart - 250 m in 90 seconds touching hand over the 2 lines
67 'Sit-Ups in 2 minutes - 120 seconds
Climb - Jump over a two meter wall with Full Kit
Climb a Rope 6 meter high and touch the high bar of the training hanger
